Does the photo above cause your eye to start twitching?

I can remember being in first grade, watching my teacher erasing the words on the chalkboard (yes, chalkboard….I’ve been around a minute). Only she didn’t erase ALL the markings.

It took all my strength not to bolt out of my desk, grab the eraser from the tray, and erase the dangling marks she left behind.

I’m pretty sure I didn’t register whatever she proceeded to teach after that gaffe. 😅

As a therapist and coach, I get to teach my clients about their mental “board room,” the parts that reside there, and how to manage them as the CEO.

The part that took over my mental board room in first grade is still in there, but now I know how to manage it. I still notice random details in the world around me but I no longer get distracted by them.

If you or your team members would like to learn more about your mental board room parts and how to manage them as the CEO, let me know! I’d love to support you!
