Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of New Day Psychological and Coaching Services, LLC (“Company”).

Digital products:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for digital products such as online courses or live coaching. However, if you have any questions before purchasing or experience any issues with our products, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Online Training Programs:

We want you to be satisfied with your program. While we don’t offer general refunds, our programs offer a 100% money-back guarantee for up to 7 days after purchase, as long as the course content has not been accessed.  

If you cancel the course booking within 7 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the start of the course, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid—no questions asked. If you access the course materials via our online course spaces (i.e. via our virtual learning environment) or request a refund after our first session, no refund will be payable.” 

To qualify for a refund, send an email request to dana@theboundariesqueen.com. After the guarantee period, no refunds will be issued and all payments, including any installments, must be paid in full.

Coaching & Consulting:

Due to the time-sensitive nature of coaching and consulting, we do not offer refunds. While we cannot guarantee specific results, we will do our best to support you in achieving your goals. If you are not completely satisfied and are on a payment plan, you may request to stop future payments. However, upon payment or deposit for a program, you are responsible for paying the full fees for the program and no refunds will be issued. If you are late or do not attend a scheduled appointment, you will still be charged in full.

Lapsed Services:

If you pay for coaching services but fail to start or have your initial session within 6 months of your initial payment, you will forfeit any payments made and no refunds will be issued. We will try to provide a comparable service through a digital product or online program within 1 year of your initial payment, but this is not guaranteed and 1:1 coaching may not be available due to changes in program offerings and pricing. After 1 year, you will need to contract for new or existing coaching services.

Payment Plans:

If you choose a payment plan and decide to continue with the program, you are responsible for completing all monthly payments. If your credit card information becomes outdated, we will give you a 7-day grace period to update it. If your account is not brought into good standing within 7 days, we may need to turn it over to a collections agency.
