And now I’m using these skills to help you create healthy boundaries —to use the power of “no” to free yourself and live your life on your terms.
Beyond therapy, I am an excellent public speaker and thoroughly enjoy teaching my audience how to live a healthier, more peaceful life. I am also a Christian and am adept at helping others in the application of scripture to their daily struggles.
